Doug Bouldin FNP

Family Nurse Practitioner

Doug Bouldin is a Board Certified Family Nurse Practitioner and Co-Founder of DB2 Regeneration. Doug has been practicing as a Family Nurse Practitioner for more than 25 years across the state of Missouri. 


Since graduating from the University of Missouri-St. Louis in 1998, Bouldin has served patients across a range of settings. He draws experience from medical centers in the State of Missouri including; The Ozzie Smith IMAC Regeneration Center, St. Luke’s Hospital, Lincoln County Medical Center and Barnes Jewish Medical Group. His experience includes clinical and managerial roles that have equipped him to be among the leaders in Regenerative Medicine in St Louis. As one of the founding providers of the Ozzie Smith IMAC Regeneration Center in St Louis, he helped refine Regenerative Therapies and techniques for delivering PRP and Cellular Components to joints and soft tissue locations in the human body. He served in a capacity as the primary trainer for IMAC’s staff of Nurse Practitioners in Missouri, Tennessee, Kentucky and Texas. 


“For the last 8 years I have seen the positive outcomes of integrating the professional skill set of Medical Providers with Chiropractic Rehabilitation and the benefits of Regenerative Medicine. “Implementing the use of Platelet Rich Plasma and Stem cell products dramatically improves the quality of life for Patients who suffer pain and the crippling effects of degenerative musculoskeletal disease.” Bouldin says. “It brings the science of Regenerative Medicine together with the art of healing.”


Bouldin has been a leader amongst his peers, presenting at several conferences and symposiums over the course of his career. He carries a passion for education and is excited about the opportunity to pass it on to patients who have never heard of PRP and Cellular treatments. Among his primary goals for DB2 Regeneration is to provide St Charles County and the greater St Louis community with, “the highest quality Regenerative Medicine with innovation and compassion.”
